Babies Can't Wait
ELIGIBILITY
Babies Can’t Wait serves Georgia children aged 0 – 3 years of age regardless of income for children that meet the below eligibility criteria:

Have a diagnosed physical or mental condition that is known to result in a developmental delay, such as blindness, Down syndrome, autism, spina bifida (Category 1) or;

Have a diagnosed developmental delay confirmed by a qualified team of professionals (Category 2).
WHAT IS THE BABIES CAN'T WAIT PROGRAM
Babies Can’t Wait is a program for Georgia babies aged 0 – 3 years of age through a multidisciplinary team approach of coordinated services. The program is offered to:

Provide early identification and screening of children with developmental delays and chronic health conditions.

Improves developmental outcome potentials by providing early intervention to infants and toddlers with developmental and chronic health conditions.

Support for family members and caregivers to enhance a childs learning and development.
HOW TO APPLY
Camp BELL’s is a certified provider for Babies Can’t Wait. Referrals to the Babies Can’t Wait program can be done by phone, fax, email, by letter or in person to Georgia's .

Complete the Children 1st Screening and Referral Form

Submit the form to your local Babies Can’t Wait office that serves the county where the family resides or call your local Babies Can't Wait office and they can take the referral by phone.
